After hour service
After hour service is ONLY available for regular patients. Please call 0415 386 735 for after hour arrangements. Please make note; After hour consultation fee is $475.
Telephone Access
If you wish to talk to your Doctor or Nurse, please do not hesitate to contact us during our operating hours on (03) 5281 2320. If the person you wish to speak to is not available at the time, please leave a message with the reception staff and they will contact you as soon as possible. If your call is urgent, please inform the medical receptionist.
Fees and billing arrangements
Bulk billing option is available for eligible patients. Further, there will be an out of pocket fees for Total Body photography, Surgery Procedures etc.
Receiving the results of any test or procedure
The doctor will inform you when your investigation results will be available. It is advisable to book an appointment after that time to discuss the results with your doctor. Please ensure that all of your contact details are up to date as we may need to contact you if your result is abnormal.
